UniPlay.ca (“UniPlay”, “we”, “us”) is an independent online casino review platform based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws. We do not sell your personal information.

Reviews you post are public, along with your display name and a public profile page listing your reviews. Do not include personal details in a review that you would not want published. Your email address is never shown publicly.

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and security, and lightweight analytics to measure site usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active, and reviews for as long as they remain published. Fraud-prevention signals and complaint records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for their purpose, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent, or close your account at any time by emailing contact@uniplay.ca. We respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

8. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

9. Age limits

UniPlay is intended for adults of legal gambling age (18+/19+ depending on province). We do not knowingly collect information from minors; if you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
